These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. ("GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("you" or "user").
These Terms govern your use of or access to GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., any game-specific websites, customer support services, social media or community channels, and any other online services provided by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., whether as a guest or registered user.
Your attention is specifically drawn to the limitation of liability in Section 12.
Note for Parents and Guardians
Parents or guardians should not allow minors to use these services without supervision.
Ensure children do not share excessive personal information and understand how to use online services safely.
Key Definitions
- GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Game(s): Any game launched, to be launched, or tested by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
- Cheat Detection: Functionality designed to identify cheating activity.
- Cheats: Programs or methods that provide an unfair competitive advantage.
Important Notice: Cheat Detection
The software may include cheat detection features to ensure fair play.
By installing the software, you consent to the scanning of your device's processes and memory.
The cheat detection functionality is limited to identifying software that interacts with our game; it does not access, read, or transmit personal files, documents, or data unrelated to gameplay.
If you refuse installation or disable these features, your license automatically terminates.
The software may collect and transmit the following data strictly necessary for anti-cheat purposes:
- Account Details: Your user ID and device identifiers.
- Gameplay Data: Game logs, crash reports, and performance metrics.
- System Integrity Data: Information about unauthorized third-party programs, running processes, or modifications that provide an unfair advantage, such as aimbots, wallhacks, or memory editors.
Agreement Acceptance
You agree to these Terms by creating an account, downloading software, playing games, or accessing services.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. services.
The GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Account
1.1 Account Registration
You may need a GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. account to use services.
You must be a natural person, be an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction, and not be prohibited by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
1.2 Username and Password
You must choose a unique username and password and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Do not use an already assigned username, offensive language, or personal information such as your real name.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may require a username change or terminate accounts violating these rules.
1.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and all activities performed through it.
1.4 Account Transfer
You may not transfer your account, use another person's account, or sell account information.
Violation may result in account termination without refund.
1.5 Account Termination
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may terminate accounts at any time for any reason and may do so without notice if Terms are violated.
Re-registration may be denied.
Users may request termination through customer support.
1.6 Security Breaches
If your account is compromised you must notify GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. immediately.
You cannot claim compensation from GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. for unauthorized use.
Rules of Usage
2.1 Privacy Policy
Use of services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which may be updated by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. at any time.
2.2 License Grant
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use one copy of the software on a device you own or control solely for personal non-commercial entertainment.
2.3 Prohibited Actions
You may not post obscene or offensive content; harass or threaten others; infringe intellectual property or personal rights; cheat or develop cheating software; exploit or publicize bugs; use services commercially; copy or reverse engineer software; hack or spread malware; violate laws; or assist others in such activities.
2.4 Respect for Local Laws
You must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and local customs.
If local laws require cessation of service use, you must stop using the services.
2.5 Confidentiality
All software code and related materials must remain strictly confidential and used only for personal enjoyment.
2.6 Suspension and Termination
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may deny access, modify services, suspend accounts, or terminate services at any time without notice or liability.
2.7 User Behavior and Third Parties
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not obligated to monitor disputes between users.
You are responsible for interactions with other users.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not liable for user behavior or third-party services linked through its platforms.
User Contributions
3.1 Definition
User Contributions include any content you post or transmit through services, such as text, messages, posts, graphics, images, audio, video, code, or feedback.
3.2 Monitoring and Moderation
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not required to monitor user content but may filter, edit, remove, or restrict access to content at its discretion without notice.
3.3 Content Requirements
User contributions must not be illegal, fraudulent, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on rights, harmful, or contain viruses or destructive code.
3.4 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all contributions and behavior on the services.
3.5 Privacy of Contributions
User contributions have no expectation of privacy and may be disclosed by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. without notice.
3.6 Rights Granted
By submitting contributions, you grant GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, translate, sublicense, and display the content in any media without compensation.
Moral rights are waived to the extent permitted by law.
3.7 Representations and Warranties
You represent that your contributions are accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights required to submit them.
Minors
4.1 Age Representation
You represent that you are an adult in your jurisdiction unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
4.2 Minor Access
Minors may use the services only with consent from a parent or guardian, who becomes responsible for the minor's use.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
5.1 GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Ownership
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. owns all rights, titles, and interests in services, including intellectual property and related rights.
5.2 Limited User Rights
Users do not own in-game assets, characters, rewards, achievements, virtual currency, or content.
5.3 Data Availability
Character data or game progress may be modified or removed at any time without notice.
5.4 Copyright Protection
All materials are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
5.5 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, transmit, or use materials without written permission from GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
5.6 Sole Ownership
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. remains the sole owner of all service rights except those explicitly granted.
User Content
6.1 Definition
User Content includes suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide regarding services.
6.2 License Grant
You grant GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and publish such content for any purpose.
6.3 Warranties
You confirm that such content does not infringe rights of others.
6.4 Beta Testing
Participation in beta testing may involve additional rules and possible deletion of user data.
6.5 Rights Waiver
You waive moral rights and claims for compensation where permitted by law.
In-Game Currency and Goods
7.1 Virtual Currency and Goods
Virtual currency and goods purchased with real money are licensed, not sold, and cannot be redeemed for real money.
7.2 Transfer Restrictions
These items cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged outside GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
7.3 Modification Rights
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may modify or remove virtual currency or goods at any time.
7.4 Payment Terms
You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7.5 Refund Policy
All purchases of virtual currency and goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in the specific circumstances outlined below:
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.
- Non-Delivery: If the purchased virtual currency or goods fail to arrive in your account within a reasonable time frame and after you have contacted customer support for assistance.
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. reserves the right to verify the validity of the claim and may request additional documentation to prevent fraud.
For the avoidance of doubt, GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not obligated to provide refunds for voluntary changes of mind, accidental purchases, or account bans resulting from violations of these Terms.
Protection of Personal Information
8.1 Information Protection
Personal information is handled according to applicable laws.
8.2 User Rights
You may request correction or deletion of personal data according to legal procedures.
8.3 Privacy Policy
See the Privacy Policy for details about data collection and usage.
Inappropriate User Behaviors
9.1 Community Standards
Users must behave respectfully and maintain a healthy community environment.
9.2 Prohibited Behaviors
Prohibited acts include impersonating GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. employees, spreading false information, distributing malware, harassment, vulgar content, illegal payments, cheating, disclosure of confidential information, or damaging GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.'s reputation.
9.3 Enforcement Actions
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may issue warnings, block communications, suspend accounts, delete data, permanently ban users, or take other enforcement actions.
9.4 User Disputes
Users are responsible for disputes with other users, though GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may assist when appropriate.
9.5 Suspension and Termination
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may suspend or terminate access without notice if Terms are violated.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of services, violations of these Terms, submitted content, legal violations, or misconduct.
Injunctive Relief
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may seek injunctive or equitable remedies for breaches of these Terms.
You waive rights to such remedies against GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. and may claim only monetary damages.
Limitation of Liability
12.1 Use at Your Own Risk
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
12.2 No Warranties
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
12.3 Indirect Damages
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
12.4 Third-Party Sites
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
12.5 Maximum Liability
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.'s total liability will not exceed the lesser of your direct damages or the total fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.
Limitation on Claims
Claims related to these Terms must be filed within one year from when the claim arises or becomes known, whichever occurs earlier.
Modification
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may modify these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use indicates acceptance.
Non-Waiver
Failure by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. to enforce any provision does not waive its rights.
Notice
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may send notices through in-game messages, websites, email, SMS, or other provided contact methods.
Notices are considered delivered once dispatched.
Objections must be submitted in writing within fifteen days.
Termination
Terms automatically terminate if you violate them.
You may terminate by deleting the games and ceasing use.
After termination you must destroy copies but certain obligations survive.
Severability
If any provision is invalid it will be removed while the rest remain effective.
The class-action waiver cannot be severed.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC in force at the time of the application for arbitration.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore.
The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Disputes must be handled individually and not as class actions.
No Assignment
You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent from GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. may assign its rights at any time.
Other Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
"Including" means without limitation.
Affiliate refers to entities controlling or controlled by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
Translated versions may exist but the English version prevails.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not liable for force majeure events such as government actions or natural disasters.
GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. reserves the right to suspend or deny access to services at any time without compensation.
Participation is voluntary and no compensation is expected unless explicitly stated.
If local laws conflict with these Terms, local laws prevail.
