They are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real money.
Because these are digital services with immediate access, they are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances like the termination of a game's operation.
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.
- Non-Delivery: If the purchased virtual currency or goods fail to arrive in your account within a reasonable time frame and after you have contacted customer support for assistance.
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt, GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is not obligated to provide refunds for voluntary changes of mind, accidental purchases, or account bans resulting from violations of these Terms.
